The coach uses the assessment results or the “what” to help the client connect the dots in the feedback session with the coach or “so what” (i.e., so what does this mean to me?). We then help the clients with the “now what” (i.e., now what do I do to be more effective?). The coach uses this framework to tailor their approach to best reach the client so the feedback session has maximum impact.
