She was last associated with Swiss Reinsurance, AIG and Quintiles-IMS as Director of Human Resources and a strategic HR Business Partner tasked with maximization of organizational performance through building organizational and leadership capability, leading change management strategy and partnering for organization restructuring and business transformation, championing talent management and employee engagement initiatives.
Mallika has been consistently endorsed and recognized for delivering high impact HR value as a Senior Human Resources advisor and HR Business Partner. She has fifteen years of diverse international experience across manufacturing, pharmaceutical and financial services industries and a track record of maximizing organizational effectiveness through the implementation of strategic HR practices and initiatives across the Asia Pacific region and in global projects within a multinational, high-growth and complex environment.
Mallika holds a MBA with specialization in Human Resources from Nirma Institute of Management (consistently rated among the top 20 B-schools in India) and a BA from Loreto College, University of Calcutta. She is certified as a leadership coach through the Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance (LCOP) programme by Rutgers University and is also certified for Advanced Interpretation and Development Coaching by Hogan. Mallika also has a special interest in Corporate Social Responsibility and has led and supported programmes focused on the empowerment of disadvantaged women and youth.
