First, recognize your biases. Describe them. Be honest. Only then can you challenge them.
Then ask the question: Why is she green? Be curious seek to understand
Assume the positive. Maybe being green is a good thing?
Finally, keep an open mind to differences. Hold your judgement until you know more.

What life and career story are you telling? Is it one about failures & regret, or choices and growth? Your story matters. It shapes our perception of who we are and what we can do. Is your internal narrative one of strength, or excessively self critical? The first one will help you grow, the second one will hold you back.
Note: This is the first episode in my new podcast – Living and Leading Well with Kat. The audio is from a Vlog I recorded on September 4, 2020 therefore it is not so crisp.
