Katarina Holm-DiDio

Hi, I’m Kat—an ICF-certified executive and leadership team coach, facilitator, and speaker with 25+ years of experience in global organizational and leadership development.

I help leaders and organizations create a culture of inclusion and psychological safety where innovation thrives. My master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling informs my holistic, strengths-based coaching framework. Together, we explore new perspectives and identify solutions for growth and success as well as health and well-being.

27 years ago, I moved to the United States from small-town Finland. I understand that where we come from affects how we lead. By integrating the role of cultural background into my practice, I help you achieve a deeper self-awareness necessary for resilience and success—no matter where your career takes you.
